When I first joined the 501st, my chosen character was Baron Fel from the 181st Pilot Squadron. I selected him because from Imperial Pilot he moved to the Resistance ; his story felt “right”. To complete that particular costume I had to source something very unique as the chestbox was not readily available… and thus my very first prop make/sale started. I drew the plan and with the help of a friend got 20 boxes made in aluminum. They sold fast, I kept one, made no money but learned what is was like to organize a prop run … Later I did it again with code cylinders, imperial belts… and soon enough I started with classic TK shoes…
