I printed the files for the training ball; recieved it and put aside for a while. As soon as I got a few hours free, I jumoped right into it and glued the whole thing together … just to realize I had forgotten some important pieces in the equatorial section !!! too late I could not unglue it so I decided to use it as a “training ball” to paint and test before making a new one that will eventually be correct.
The result is still quite visually appealling , I managed to get the right colours, and work out a display system so not everything is lost.
